Wednesday, medical devices technology company Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd said it completed its previously announced rights offering, whereby the company issued 49.2 million common shares at C$0.03 per share for gross proceeds of C$1.4 million. The company currently has 136.44 million issued and outstanding common shares.
The company would use the net proceeds from the rights offering to provide working capital, new product introductions and for general corporate purposes.
